Salomon VitaneX Sport Prolink

The Salomon VitaneX Sport Prolink is a women’s cross-country ski boot for classic skiing and relaxed touring on Nordic tracks. Manufacturer reference L41556600 combines a comfort-oriented touring fit with a warm interior. It is intended for skiers who want an easy-to-adjust boot and place an emphasis on comfortable wear during their outings.

Thinsulate insulation helps retain warmth. Under the outer lace cover, the Quicklace system lets you adjust the boot around your foot. A central zip closes the cover over the lacing. This construction helps keep snow and moisture away from the lace area. Make sure no lace gets caught when closing the cover.

The Prolink sole fits classic cross-country bindings using the Prolink, NNN and Turnamic systems. It is not compatible with SNS bindings. Check the specific binding fitted to your ski before purchasing. Try both boots with cross-country ski socks and check for secure heel hold and enough room to move your toes.

After skiing, remove snow and dirt from the upper and sole. Open the cover and lacing for ventilation and let the boots dry completely at room temperature before storing them. Avoid direct radiator heat and regularly check that the zip, lacing and sole area remain free of accumulated dirt. Also follow Salomon’s care instructions.
