The women's Nitro Scala TLS in White is a snowboard boot for relaxed piste riding and all-mountain progression. Nitro rates its response at 4 on its own ten-point scale, placing it towards the more forgiving end. It is particularly suited to beginner and intermediate riders looking for a comfort-focused boot with an easily adjustable fit.

The TLS lacing system has two independently adjustable zones, allowing you to tighten the lower and upper sections separately. The Interlock System connects the liner heel area with the outer shell to help hold the liner in place. Inside is the Women's Cloud 3 Liner, which the manufacturer describes as heat mouldable. Any heat fitting should follow Nitro's procedure.

The EVA outsole is complemented by strategically placed Rubber Impact Panels. A reinforced heel construction protects the area that contacts the binding heelcup. Together, these features are designed to combine low weight with resistance to the demands of snowboarding.

Before your first run

Try the boots with your snowboard socks and check heel hold and toe space in a flexed riding stance. Also check how they fit in your bindings. Open the lacing after riding and let the boots dry according to the manufacturer's instructions.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days. Skis with binding mounting take a little longer: we mount them carefully and let you know as soon as your set is on its way. Personal advice is available by appointment in our store in Ronsberg.
