The AX 105 W is the first boot designed specifically for women from the Lupo model line.
As a crossover model (freeride/touring), it combines all touring options with high-quality downhill performance.
With a 100 mm last width, it offers a slightly larger foot space and therefore particularly pronounced wearing comfort.
Its enormously wide range of use extends from the piste in the ski resort to deep powder slopes in the backcountry that can only be reached after an ascent.
The large, easy-to-use Ski/Hike buckle and the removable tongue allow a range of motion of 67°.
On the descent, the legendary freeride performance of the Cabrio design comes into its own and enables carved turns even on hard pistes.
The lightweight IF AIR liner can be heat-moulded in a few minutes and can therefore be optimally adapted to the foot.

Technologies:
  • Cabrio Design: Dalbello's unique Cabrio construction combines a boot shaft and shell unit with an external Kinetic Response Tongue closure, which acts reactively and thus enables a smoother and more progressive power transmission as well as high shock absorption. In addition, the Cabrio construction is characterised by high flexibility and dynamic rebound. Along with the Kinetic Response Tongue, the Dynalink heel hold, the walk/ski mechanism and the inverted forefoot buckle, they fit together perfectly and make this construction the most versatile and flexible partner in any terrain, especially off-piste and in the park!
  • Contour 4: The Contour 4 construction is an exclusive Dalbello technology that wraps the foot anatomically and comfortably at the four sensitive fit points: heel, ankle, navicular and midfoot. The precise contour in the lower/inner area of the shell ensures a precise fit, which reduces necessary alterations to the shell to a minimum.
  • IF Liner: IF Liner stands for Instant Fit liner and does exactly that: instant fit from the very first step! In addition, all IF liners can be adapted by heat in a specific range (40 - 80%, depending on the model) in just 4 minutes, to achieve a precise and individual fit with a large memory effect.
  • Hike and Ride Mechanism: The robust lock releases the upper cuff from the lower shell and thus guarantees a long range of motion for functional climbing. Thanks to the unique Cabrio design, there are no compromises in ski performance.
  • Quick removeable Tongue: The removable tongue, which can be taken out easily with one hand, offers an almost endless forward lean angle on the ascent and excellent downhill performance thanks to its sporty flex.
  • Hyperband wide profile cuff closure: A low-friction ratchet buckle closure encloses the shin area of the cuff firmly and securely. EXTREMELY VERSATILE IN FIT AND FUNCTION. The ratchet buckle can be set loose for more room in the upper boot area or tightened for traditional all-terrain performance.
  • Dynalink heel retetion system: The Dynalink heel hold is an independently functioning buckle that positions the heel ideally and effectively minimises foot sliding and shell deformation during forward movement.
  • Low Cuff Hinge Point: The low attachment of the cuff makes more natural, anatomical leg movement easier, as it allows a longer range of forward and backward motion. For more efficient walking and gliding, as well as more performance and control with less energy expenditure.
  • Inverted forefoot buckle: The forefoot buckle (over the instep) is mounted the opposite way round and closes on the shell, not at the side. This protects against the buckle breaking and opening unintentionally during rail slides, grinds, jumps and transitions.

Measure both feet

Place your heel against a wall and measure to the longest toe. Measure each foot separately.
  1. Place paper against a wall and stand on it with one heel touching the wall.
  2. Put weight on the foot, bend your knee slightly and mark your longest toe. Measure from the wall to the mark in millimetres.
  3. Repeat for the other foot. Note both lengths and, if needed, the width at the widest part of each forefoot.
