The innovative SCARPA Overlap Flow construction enables quick, intuitive entry and exit while offering full freedom of movement when walking and touring. On the descent, the BOA® Fit System provides hold and precise power transmission for confident downhill performance. Handmade in Asolo, Italy. To get the full potential out of your ski boots, we recommend having the liners individually fitted by a thermoformer from the SCARPA network.

Focus

OUTER SHELL

Thanks to the new Overlap Flow technology, the shell of the F1 RS combines Grilamid® FG LFT® and Pebax® Rnew® to provide comfort, precision and control. The softer upper section made of Pebax® Rnew® improves the fit and wraps around the foot, so it adapts naturally to different foot shapes. The lower shell made of Grilamid® FG LFT® provides precise power transmission, stability and control when skiing thanks to its high torsional stiffness.

CUFF

The cuff of the F1 RS was developed with the new Overlap Flow technology and combines Pebax® Rnew® with Grilamid® FG LFT®. This creates an ideal balance of freedom of movement, support and precision. The front section made of Pebax® Rnew® supports a progressive flex and increases walking comfort, while the rear structure made of Grilamid® FG LFT® improves torsional stiffness and so provides more control and stability on the descent.

ACCELERATOR SKI/WALK

 

FS LEVER

The FS Lever was developed for maximum lightness and performance. Thanks to the automatic return system, it enables a quick and intuitive switch between ski and walk mode.

FRICTION FREE TECHNOLOGY

Dispensing with a connecting rod between shell and cuff provides smoother and more natural movement in the walking phase.

 

CLOSURE SYSTEM

 

BOA® H+i1 REMOTE CONFIGURATION

The BOA® H+i1 Remote system offers a powerful and precise closure, even with particularly stiff shells. The geared design enables quick, multidirectional micro-adjustments, so skiers can easily tighten or loosen the fit on the go.

ALUMINIUM BUCKLE

The aluminium buckles combine low weight with high durability. Their design allows easy operation, even with gloves. Fine adjustment and steel rings provide improved pressure distribution at low weight.

BOOSTER STRAP

The dynamic, elastic strap offers a secure, progressive closure and supports direct, powerful performance. Its elastic construction dampens impacts, increases comfort on the shin and provides a pleasant ride feel, especially at high speed and on demanding descents.

OVERLAP FLOW CONSTRUCTION

Building on the classic overlap construction, which has long stood for power, precision and stability in alpine skiing, SCARPA presents the new Overlap Flow construction. This innovative technology combines softer inserts in the instep area for easier entry and more natural walking with a stiffer lower shell that improves power transmission, precision and control on the descent.

 

LINER

 

FS TOUR WOMAN

The thermoformable Intuition liner is made of exclusive Intuition Foam. The tongue construction features an elastic instep band and targeted heel padding for optimal heel and ankle hold when skiing and ski touring. Two pull loops on the cuff make entry easier. Thermoforming is expressly recommended before first use.


Overlap Flow construction

The SCARPA Overlap Flow construction builds on the classic overlap principle, which stands for power transmission, precision and stability in alpine skiing. Softer inserts in the instep area make entry easier and provide a more natural walking feel, while the stiffer lower shell ensures efficient power transmission and maximum control on the descent.


BOA® Fit System

Provides a precise fit designed for optimal performance in the most demanding conditions. Thanks to its micro-adjustable mechanism, it allows quick, millimetre-precise adjustments, improving stability, comfort and control during technical performance.


EMS-Grivory

Specialised in the production and development of high-performance polymers, with a particular focus on technological innovations in polyamide-based materials. Their materials are characterised by excellent impact resistance that remains constant even at low temperatures, a necessary property for the manufacture of ski boots and bindings.


INTUITION

Intuition liners are the absolute benchmark in the world of thermoformable backcountry liners. Made from exclusive materials, they offer a durable, pressure-point-free fit and high comfort at the same time. With excellent thermal insulation and exceptionally low weight, they ensure maximum efficiency and performance, even in the most demanding conditions.

 

Ortholite

Advanced insole technology that significantly improves comfort, cushioning and breathability, creating a cooler, drier and more hygienic climate inside the shoe.


RECCO

The RECCO® reflector, integrated into equipment and clothing, enables professional rescuers with RECCO® detectors to quickly locate missing persons and is a globally recognised standard technology for avalanche rescue. Such a reflector requires no power supply, activation or maintenance and ensures that you can be found at any time. However, it does not replace personal self-rescue devices such as ARVA. RECCO® detectors for SAR helicopters make it possible to search large areas quickly when looking for missing persons.


Vibram

The leading brand in the development and production of rubber soles for sport, with a particular specialisation in the outdoor sector. Research activities focus mainly on adhesion, performance and durability of the materials.


Pebax Rnew

Pebax® Rnew® is a sustainable variant of Pebax® elastomers, made from renewable raw materials such as castor oil. These materials offer the same outstanding properties as conventional Pebax® elastomers and are on average 20 % lighter. They represent a sustainable solution for performance-oriented applications in sport.

 

Grilamid FG LFT

Reinforcement with long glass fibres gives the material significantly higher strength and stiffness values than short fibres at the same content. The long fibre structure increases stiffness by 20 to 30 %, which makes the material particularly suited to lightweight yet durable applications. In addition, all long-fibre-reinforced polyamides show considerably better impact toughness than conventional fibre-reinforced materials.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days.
