Swix T20 Natural Cork

The Swix T20 Natural Cork is a compact natural cork block for ski care. Swix describes it for polishing glide wax. Its small shape sits directly in the hand and can be guided over the prepared base in a controlled way. Measuring 44 × 66 × 31 mm, it fits into a compact service kit. The item offered is the cork block as an individual tool; wax and other base-service tools are not included.

Selection and use

Use the cork to polish a suitable glide-wax treatment according to the wax instructions. Work on the prepared base with controlled, even movements. Hold the ski securely and avoid contact with sharp edges. Match preparation and subsequent steps to the base, wax and conditions rather than treating every wax type in the same way.

Care and inspection

Keep the working face free from sand, metal filings and other hard particles. Carefully remove adhering residue and inspect the surface before the next use. Store the cork dry and separate from dirty tools. Use separate tools for different applications when needed so that residue is not unintentionally transferred to the ski base.
