Toko Nordic Base Wax 27g, green

TOKO Nordic Basewax Green is intended for the kick zone of classic waxable cross-country skis. This green base wax forms a foundation for further grip-wax and klister layers, helping improve their adhesion and abrasion resistance. This version contains 27 g. It is used for the classic kick; glide surfaces and kick zones require different waxes and preparation steps.

The twist-out stick contains base wax; choose any additional grip wax or klister separately. Inspect the kick zone before application and match the preparation to the snow type and track. The snow and air specifications describe conditions of use, not processing temperatures.

Prepare the kick zone

Remove interfering residue as directed by the care instructions and prepare the intended area cleanly. Follow the product and ski instructions for application and any additional wax layers. Skin and patterned-base skis require their own suitable care products and material approvals.

Keep glide wax and grip wax separate during preparation so that each treated area can serve its purpose. Close the packaging after use and protect it from dirt. Inspect the kick zone again before the next outing, particularly if snow type, moisture or temperature has changed. Always choose the wax for the actual conditions rather than relying on colour alone.
