Start SG Liquid Glider purple 80ml

Start SG Liquid Glider Violet is a fluorine-free liquid glide wax for temperatures from −2 to −8 °C. The bottle contains 80 ml and has a sponge applicator for spreading the product over the glide surface. Within the SG range, this violet version is intended for colder conditions than the red wax.

It is suited to preparing the glide zones of cross-country skis and provides a conveniently applied training or base wax. On classic skis, treat only the designated glide areas, keeping the grip zone and skins clear. Choose wax for the conditions and also follow the care guidance supplied for your skis.

Clean the base before application, then use the sponge to spread a thin, even coating. The Start distributor's application guidance calls for working the surface with a natural cork reserved for glide waxing. Light brushing with a nylon brush is described as an optional additional step. Follow the bottle instructions and allow the base to dry before use.

Danger: the liquid and vapour are highly flammable. The product causes serious eye irritation and may cause drowsiness or dizziness. Work in a well-ventilated area, keep ignition sources away and do not smoke. Use suitable hand and eye protection as directed on the label. Close the bottle after use and keep it out of children's reach.
