Toko Cross Country Profile

TOKO Cross Country Profile is a support system for preparing cross-country skis. Its aluminium profile carries broad, rubberised supports and a height-adjustable central binding fixture. The ski attaches directly through its binding, leaving the glide surfaces accessible for the intended waxing steps.

Adjust to the ski

Both the outer supports and central section slide along the aluminium profile so that support can be matched to the particular ski. The system is intended for classic and skating skis and common binding models. Before starting, check that the binding is correctly engaged in the fixture and all supports are securely positioned.

Attach at the workplace

Matching screw clamps are available separately for installation on a suitable workbench or tabletop. Optional legs provide an alternative setup without a workbench. Clamps with reference 5549866 and legs with reference 5549867 are not included with this profile. Choose the required mounting accessories for your intended working area.

Set up the profile on a stable surface and inspect all connections before preparing the ski. After waxing, remove wax residue, brushing dust and dirt from the supports. Clean contact surfaces help protect the ski and make accurate positioning easier the next time. Always check the complete setup before applying pressure during scraping or brushing.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days. The pickup note above and the checkout show where and when you can pick up. Statutory warranty rights apply, plus the manufacturer's guarantee where one is granted. You can return unused items within 14 days of receipt; register the return in your customer account.
