Holmenkol Betamix Red Wax Bars Workshop 5x190g

The HOLMENKOL Betamix Red is a service wax for preparing ski and snowboard bases. This workshop pack contains five 190 g bars. The manufacturer lists it for all snow types and specifies a snow-temperature range of −4 to −14°C. The pack provides wax for repeated preparation sessions.

Preparation and application

Clean and dry the base in accordance with your equipment’s instructions before waxing. Use a suitable waxing iron and select its setting from the product-specific guidance. Spread the wax evenly and keep the iron moving. After cooling, scrape and brush in accordance with the waxing system and the intended use of the equipment.

Care and storage

When choosing wax, consider snow type, moisture and base condition as well as temperature. The manufacturer’s ranges provide guidance for preparation. Store the bars clean and protected so foreign particles cannot enter the wax. Keep your scraper, brushes and work surface clean and ready for the next preparation session.
