Schöffel Pants Ascona Zip Off dress blues

The women's Schöffel Pants Ascona Zip Off in Dress Blues are hiking trousers for trips with changing temperatures. Zips around the legs let you convert them from full-length trousers into Bermuda shorts. This allows you to adapt to warmer sections of a route without carrying a second pair of trousers.

The outer fabric contains 89 percent nylon and eleven percent elastane. Four-way stretch supports movement while climbing steps, walking and sitting. The trousers are water-repellent and designed for moisture transport and quick drying. An adjustable waistband and pre-shaped knees complement the close Slim Fit. Two front zipped pockets and a zipped back pocket hold smaller belongings. Schöffel lists an approximate weight of 290 grams in the base size.

Choose the regular, short or long size appropriate for your height from the variant selector. Check freedom of movement with your knees bent and ensure that the waistband sits comfortably. Open the leg zips carefully and keep the detached sections together. Water-repellent fabric does not replace full weather protection in prolonged rain. Follow the care label when washing; the manufacturer specifies a gentle cycle at 40 degrees. Empty the pockets before cleaning and let the trousers dry completely before packing them for your next trip.
