Salomon S/Max 12 + MI12 2025/26
Description
For skiers who place a high value on precision and control: the S/Max 12 by Salomon combines a strong construction with responsive edge-to-edge action.
Continuous double-layer Titanal and the Power Control System (PCS) provide the stability and dampening you need to push hard on every turn.
The Karuba-poplar core ensures agility and comfort.
Power with precision
Double-layer Titanal, ABS sidewalls, and a continuous sandwich construction direct energy exactly where you need it: for powerful, confident turns.
Stability at high speeds
Salomon's new PowerControl System (PCS) with cork inserts in the Titanal layer dampens vibrations and increases precision – for stable control when you pick up speed.
More comfort
The Karuba-poplar wood core keeps the swing weight low while ensuring agility, so you can charge all day with less effort.
Karuba / poplar full wood core
The wood core is a mixture of poplar and Karuba.
Karuba provides lightness and retention.
Double Ti-laminate
The double Titanal layer on both sides of the core improves performance on hard snow. It provides greater precision, good edge grip, and increased responsiveness.
Full sandwich sidewalls
Full sandwich sidewalls provide stability and precision. This construction improves performance with good edge grip and smooth contact with the snow.
ABS sidewalls 7 mm
ABS sidewalls with a 7 mm profile ensure precise edge contact and structural reinforcement.
Sidecut angle 7°
A 7° angled sidewall accelerates turn initiation, while the 7 mm high ABS sidewall ensures stable control on demanding slopes.
