Selection and use
The relaxed cut is useful if you prefer some room around your upper body. Compare the width with a shirt you already own before selecting a size. Jeans or plain casual trousers let the graphic stand out. Your own measurements and preferred amount of room should guide the fit choice.
Care and inspection
Follow the sewn care label when cleaning the garment. Wash with similar colours and let it dry completely before putting it away. Treat printed designs and small logos gently. After washing, check that the collar, cuffs and seams still feel comfortable against your skin.
Shipping & advice
In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days. The pickup note above and the checkout show where and when you can pick up. Skis with binding mounting take a little longer: we mount them carefully and let you know as soon as your set is on its way. Personal advice is available by appointment in our store in Ronsberg. Warranty & returns
Statutory warranty rights apply, plus the manufacturer's guarantee where one is granted. You can return unused items within 14 days of receipt; register the return in your customer account. We refund the purchase price of the items minus a 5 € return fee (6.90 € from abroad); you receive the return label from us. Skis mounted according to your details are excluded from exchange.
