Rex 426 Glider Red +4°C/0°C, 86g

Rex Glider Red is a fluor-free solid wax from the Original range for ski glide zones. The red version, manufacturer number 426, is intended for temperatures from +4 to 0°C. Rex describes it as the softest wax in the Glider range and recommends it for soft tracks and wet new snow.

Selection and use

Consider snow type, moisture and track condition as well as temperature when selecting wax. The stated range describes snow conditions rather than the waxing-iron setting. Check suitability for your ski base and follow the Rex application instructions. Preparing the base ahead of a tour or training day leaves time to check the result.

Care and inspection

Use clean, suitable tools and work according to the manufacturer’s guidance. Remove wax scraps from the work area and keep wax and brushes free from dirt. Store the block protected in its packaging. Check the prepared base for an even finish and remaining residue before skiing.
