Rex 423 Glider Blue -1°C/-10°C

Rex 423 Glider Blue is a solid glide wax for maintaining ski bases. This version contains 86 g and is identified by EAN 6417839004231. The packaging indicates a temperature range of −1 to −10°C. The blue wax belongs to Rex’s non-fluorinated Original or Basic Glider range and is intended for regular base maintenance, training and recreational use, with a solid block format for suitable waxing equipment.

Glide wax is applied to the intended glide zones. On classic cross-country skis, do not apply hot glide wax indiscriminately to skins, fishscale patterns or other grip zones. Consider snow type, temperature and the existing base when choosing a wax. One product cannot provide the best result in every snow condition, and the correct preparation of the glide surface remains part of the process.

Clean the base before application and follow the manufacturer’s processing and iron-temperature instructions. Keep the waxing iron moving and avoid overheating. Work in a well-ventilated space. After cooling, scrape and brush away excess wax using appropriate tools. For sensitive bases or integrated skins, also follow the ski manufacturer’s care guidance. Store the wax clean and protected so that dirt is not introduced during later base maintenance.
