Löffler Men's Shirt S/S Transtex Warm Black

The Löffler Men Shirt S/S Transtex Warm is a black short-sleeved base layer for men. Its close-fitting slim cut works as the first layer beneath other sports clothing. A round neck, raglan sleeves and flat seams complement the design. It is an option for activities in cooler conditions when you want an insulating base layer that manages moisture.

Transtex Warm 180 uses a two-layer knitted construction. The inner layer contains polypropylene and moves moisture away from the skin towards the outer layer. The fabric combines 56 percent polypropylene, 21 percent modal, 20 percent cotton and three percent elastane. Elastane adds stretch and helps maintain the close fit. Löffler describes the construction as quick-drying and odour-inhibiting. You still need to choose additional layers according to temperature, wind and activity level.

When trying the shirt on, aim for close contact without restricting your shoulders or chest. Move your arms to check the fit beneath the jacket or midlayer you plan to wear. Hard-working sections and rest stops may call for different levels of insulation. After exercise, air the shirt and let it dry. Follow the care label for washing and avoid unnecessary heat during drying. This listing includes one short-sleeved base-layer shirt; a long-sleeved version and other garments are not included.
