Description
The VAN DEER-Red Bull Sports H-POWER 89 is designed for active skiers who want one ski for groomed slopes and changing snow conditions. Its 89 mm waist combines a broader platform for soft snow with construction intended for powerful turns. This ochre version is offered here with the COMP 13 FDT GW binding.
A poplar-beech wood core and two layers of Titanal form the ski's internal structure. Full ABS sidewalls and race edges complete the construction. Together they support direct power transmission and a composed feel, while the skier still needs to adapt speed and technique to the conditions. This is a ski for riders who like to guide their turns actively.
The lengths offered in this shop are 159, 167, 175 and 183 cm. Their respective manufacturer-listed radii are 11, 13, 15 and 17 m. Turn characteristics therefore vary with the chosen length. Consider ability, weight and preferred turn shape alongside your height when choosing.
The FDT system links ski and binding. Have mounting, boot compatibility and release settings checked by a qualified workshop before use. Dry the skis after skiing and maintain bases and edges regularly. Leaving secured pistes also requires suitable equipment, experience and an independent assessment of conditions.
