The Artic SL Mips protects you from the impacts typical of slalom racing and features additional protection zones as well as a fully adjustable and removable chin guard.
The new Artic SL Mips is designed for protection between the gates and was developed for slalom racers.
MIPS Integra seamlessly and almost invisibly integrates rotational impact protection into the helmet, thereby improving protection across a wider range of impacts.
Other protection technologies of the slalom helmet include VPD inserts in the rear of the helmet, which provide additional protection in the event of repeated impacts.
The helmet is equipped with an EPP inner liner and a durable ABS outer shell that protects you from numerous impacts.
The ventilation is fully adjustable, and the helmet is equipped with the Maxilla Breakaway chin guard and a Fidlock buckle that can also be easily operated with gloves.

Adjustable ventilation
The ventilation is fully adjustable to increase comfort in various conditions.

Goggle clip
A flexible clip on the back of the helmet ensures secure attachment of the protective goggles.

Fidlock® buckle
The helmet can also be easily closed with gloves using the Fidlock® buckle.

Maxilla chin guard
The helmet comes complete with the POC Maxilla Breakaway Chin Guard.

Check when trying on

  • The helmet should fit snugly without pressure points. Follow the manufacturer’s fitting instructions.

  • Try it with your goggles. The helmet should fit with them without pushing them down.

Place a soft tape measure level around the widest part of your head, above your eyebrows and ears.
  1. Wrap a soft tape around the widest part of your head, above your eyebrows and ears.
  2. Keep the tape level and close to your head without pulling tight. Read the measurement in centimetres.
  3. Repeat the measurement. Without a tape measure, use string and measure its length afterwards.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days. The pickup note above and the checkout show where and when you can pick up. Skis with binding mounting take a little longer: we mount them carefully and let you know as soon as your set is on its way. Personal advice is available by appointment in our store in Ronsberg. Warranty & returns
