Tecnica Sulfur S GTX MS - grey/blue

The Tecnica Sulfur S GTX MS in Grey/Blue is a low-cut men's approach shoe. It is designed for walks to the crag and hiking routes where a precise fit and walking comfort matter. Tecnica uses its AST fit technology together with lacing that lets you adjust how securely the shoe holds your foot.

The upper uses durable, water-repellent synthetic fabric. Inside, GORE-TEX Extended Comfort is paired with an anatomically shaped OrthoLite footbed. A compression-moulded EVA midsole combines two densities. The Vibram Megagrip outsole is designed for traction on outdoor terrain. Footing also depends on the surface, your movement and the condition of the tread.

For the version with reference 11250700HF05, Tecnica lists 380 g per shoe. Actual weight varies with size. Try both shoes with your intended walking socks, checking for secure heel hold and enough room for your toes, particularly on descents.

After a walk, remove dirt from the tread and air the shoes thoroughly. Follow the manufacturer's cleaning and drying advice. This model is resoleable through the Vibram Repair If You Care programme. A suitable repair specialist can assess its condition and whether a resole is appropriate.
