Scarpa Rapid LT - Anthracite/Grey

The Scarpa Rapid LT in Anthracite/Grey is a lightweight approach shoe for technical paths, easy scrambling and warm-weather hikes. It combines the precise adjustment of extended lacing with a breathable upper. It is particularly suited to outings that move between walking paths, scree and rocky sections.

Technical jacquard fabric promotes ventilation at the sides. An all-round TPU rand and protective toe cap reinforce areas that frequently come into contact with stones. The lacing extends towards the toes, allowing more targeted adjustment around the forefoot. When trying the shoes on, check heel hold and leave enough room in front of your toes for descents.

The Agility XT sole uses Vibram MegaGrip and combines a climbing zone at the toe with a braking zone at the heel. A TPU insert in the middle of the construction supports stability, while the tread is 3.5 mm deep. The shoe is designed for approaches and hiking rather than as a replacement for a dedicated climbing shoe on demanding rock routes.

After a trip, remove trapped stones and dirt from the tread and allow the shoes to air thoroughly. Check the toe protection, laces and sole wear regularly, particularly before longer outings.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days.
