SCARPA - GENERATOR WMN - light grey

The Scarpa Generator WMN in Light Grey is a lace-up climbing shoe for trad climbing, cracks and longer multipitch routes. It combines a supportive structure with a fit intended for prolonged wear. The lacing adjusts along the foot and is positioned for protection during crack climbing. This makes the shoe an option for climbers who want support when standing on footholds alongside flexibility for different foot placements.

The padded upper uses two-millimetre chrome-free suede leather. A full-length four-millimetre Vibram XS Edge sole is designed for edging stability. The PAF heel system distributes tension around the rear of the shoe. Tri-Tension adds support under load while allowing flexibility for smearing. The low-cut shape distinguishes this version from the higher Generator Mid.

Select the size for your foot shape and intended climbing style. On long routes, aim for a precise fit without painful pressure points. Check the fit while standing on small footholds as well as on level ground. After climbing, remove dust and chalk and allow the shoes to air. Timely professional resoling can help you continue using a familiar pair before wear extends deeply into the rand.
