PAF-System
The PAF (Pressure-Absorbing-Fit) System is an innovative system that distributes heel tension while improving heel fit.
The strong tension band is interrupted behind the heel to reduce pressure on the Achilles tendon.
There it is connected with softer rubber, which functions like a "bridge" and allows complete adaptation to individual heel shape.
The holes at the top of the PAF serve as indicators to recognize how strong the tension/support is.
1 hole for light tension, 2 holes for medium tension, 3 holes for strong tension.

M70-Rubber
M70 Rubber is a sole rubber distinguished by perfect combination of adaptability and durability.
The Shore A hardness value of 70 is ideal for use at the toe edge.

Resole able
This shoe can be resoled at an official Scarpa dealer.

Vibram XS Edge
The Vibram XS edge sole is used on shoes that are designed for precise grip, edge stability and firmness.
This material is also optimal for multipitch shoes.

Upper material
The 2 mm thick, chromium-free, padded suede upper provides comfort, protection and moisture transport to the outside.

Lacing
Velcro for quick and easy on and off.
