Affenzahn Leather Half Shoe Buddy - Tiger

The Affenzahn Leather Buddy low shoe in the Tiger design is a soft children’s barefoot shoe for the transitional seasons. Its low-cut shape and hook-and-loop closures make it an uncomplicated everyday option. The upper combines smooth and brushed leather. Tiger details and the brown colour give this version its distinctive appearance.

Inside, the Buddy is lined with chrome-free tanned smooth leather. According to the manufacturer, the outsole contains 70% synthetic and 30% natural rubber. The insole combines 70% synthetic foam with 30% plant-based material from BLOOM foam. These specifications distinguish the upper, lining and sole components rather than treating them as one material.

Open the closures fully when putting the shoes on, then adjust them around the foot. Measure both feet before selecting a size and use Affenzahn’s sizing guide. Check regularly that the shoes still provide enough space as your child grows. Leather can have natural variations in texture and colour, and the manufacturer notes that some colour transfer is possible.

Clean the shoes by hand and do not put them in a washing machine. Gently brush away dry dirt and keep the closure surfaces clean. Use a slightly damp cloth on smooth leather; clean the brushed areas as dry as possible with a suitable brush. Leave the shoes open to dry in a ventilated place away from radiators.
