Skylotec Lime Set NY 17cm Express

The Lime Set NY with a 17 cm sling is a versatile quickdraw for sport climbing and mountaineering. It combines two classically shaped Lime carabiners with a robust polyamide sling. The colour options offered share the same basic construction with one straight gate and one bent gate.

The carabiners' catch-free noses reduce snagging when clipping and unclipping. A FIXIT retainer sits around the lower carabiner. It holds that carabiner in position and protects the sling against wear at the attachment point. The 16 mm wide sling joins the two carabiners and is easy to identify when organising your climbing equipment.

• Lime Set NY with a 17 cm sling.
• Polyamide sling, 16 mm wide.
• Lime S straight-gate and Lime B bent-gate carabiners.
• Catch-free noses and a FIXIT retainer on the lower carabiner.
• Manufacturer's weight: 104 g.
• Manufacturer's carabiner strengths: 23 kN major axis closed, 8 kN minor axis and 8 kN gate open.

Before each use, inspect the sling, stitching, both carabiners and their gates. Follow the instructions for use, inspection, care and retirement. This quickdraw forms part of climbing equipment that requires competent use; its selection and application must suit the route and protection situation.
