Selection and use

Choose an available size that sits correctly along your shin and positions the ankle section comfortably. Check the fit together with the football socks and boots you use. The straps allow adjustment to your leg. Make sure the guard stays in position when moving and does not create uncomfortable pressure.

Wipe the surface clean after use and allow damp parts to dry thoroughly. Follow the care label for the textile sections. Regularly inspect the plate, ankle guard and fastenings for damage. Keeping the guard clean also makes it easier to check its condition before your next training session.
