Schildkröt Fitness Exercise Mat 10mm mint

The Schildkröt fitness mat in Mint provides a soft surface for gymnastics, aerobics and stretching. Measuring 185 × 61 cm, it offers room for a range of seated, lying and kneeling exercises. The 10 mm thickness is useful if you prefer a cushioned surface for floor-based training.

Made from synthetic rubber, the mat has a soft surface that cushions contact with the floor. It is sweat-repellent and washable, making it practical to clean after a session. Its slip-resistant surface helps it stay in place on a suitable floor.

Roll the mat up and use the supplied carrying strap to take it between home, a studio or an exercise class. The rolled format also makes it easier to store between sessions. The packaging includes training suggestions and a QR code linking to an exercise video.

Before exercising, lay the mat out fully on a level, clean and dry surface. Check that it stays securely in place for your planned movements, as grip also depends on the floor underneath. Remove dirt after use and allow the mat to dry before rolling it up. This version is mint-coloured and 10 mm thick. Consider the length and width of your available exercise space as well as the amount of cushioning when choosing a mat.
