Energetics Stepper Crosstrainer XT520

The ENERGETICS XT 520 cross trainer supports regular workouts at home. Its pedals and moving handles guide a continuous movement while you exercise in an upright position. Eight resistance settings let you adapt the effort to your session, whether you want a gentle start or a longer workout with greater resistance.

The large LCD display shows training time, distance, speed, pulse and a calorie reading. Hand pulse measurement lets you check the displayed value during exercise. Use these readings as a guide when comparing your workouts; they do not replace medical measurements or provide an exact measurement of your individual energy expenditure.

The large foot pedals are adjustable. The machine measures 135 cm long, 61 cm wide and 161.5 cm high, with an approximate weight of 33 kg. Allow additional clear space for getting on and off safely and for the movement of the handles.

Its specification includes a 6 kg flywheel and a stated flywheel mass of approximately 14 kg, with a transmission ratio of 1:9.03. Position the machine on a firm, level surface and check that it stands securely before starting a session. Follow the supplied instructions for assembly, use and care, and increase the effort gradually to suit your training.
