Exped Universal Valve Adapter

The EXPED Universal Valve Adapter connects a compatible sleeping mat to a Schnozzel Pumpbag, Mini Pump or Pillow Pump. It is intended for situations where the pump connection does not directly match the mat's valve. This lets you use an existing inflation aid with suitable mats from other manufacturers instead of carrying a separate pump for every mat.

Valve dimensions determine the fit. EXPED specifies a connection range of 16 to 25 mm, as well as direct insertion into flat-valve openings measuring 17 to 21 mm. Check both the shape and diameter of your valve before buying. The Universal name does not mean that every possible valve design will fit without checking.

• Compatible with EXPED Schnozzel Pumpbag, Mini Pump and Pillow Pump
• Flexible silicone that stays supple in cold conditions
• UV-resistant material
• Weight: approximately 10 g
• Included: valve adapter

Try the connection before your trip and check that it stays securely in place without leaking during inflation. Keep the contact surfaces free of sand and dirt. After use, store the adapter dry with your pumping equipment so that it is easy to find when you next set up camp.
