Optimus Terra Solo Cookset 0.6 Liters

The Optimus Terra Solo is a compact cook set for trips where your kitchen travels in your backpack. Its pot has a capacity of 0.6 litres and suits small portions or heating water for a trail meal. A small frying pan completes the set and also serves as the pot lid. The two pieces nest together for transport, making it easier to organise cooking equipment on walking trips, cycle tours and camping holidays.

Hard-anodised aluminium keeps the cookware light while providing a durable surface. A non-stick coating helps with cooking and cleaning afterwards. The pot has a pouring spout and folding handles, and the pan also has a folding handle. Optimus specifies a set weight of 209 grams and packed dimensions of approximately 13.6 centimetres high and 10.7 centimetres in diameter. When planning portions, remember that 0.6 litres is the pot's stated capacity.

Use the cookware on a suitable camping stove set up on a stable surface, following the stove instructions. Choose utensils that protect the coating and let both pieces cool and dry before packing them away. The separate pot and pan give a small touring kitchen two practical cooking surfaces without requiring a larger cookware collection.
