Primus FieldChef Pocket Knife - moss

The Primus FieldChef Pocket Knife in Moss is a folding knife for a portable camp kitchen. Its 10 cm blade is useful for preparing ingredients such as fruit and vegetables. After cooking, the blade folds into the handle so the knife takes up little space among your cooking equipment.

The stainless steel blade is secured in both the open and closed positions. A carrying case is included and can be attached to a belt or backpack. The knife weighs 72 g. Primus lists folded dimensions of 115 × 39 × 17 mm, making it easy to plan how it will fit into your kit before a trip.

Use a stable cutting surface when preparing food and check that the blade is securely locked open before cutting. Keep your fingers clear of the blade’s path when folding it. Remove food residue after use, clean the knife and let the blade and pivot dry completely before closing it and returning it to its case.
