ATK Crampons, Ice Cleats

ATK Crampons are ski crampons for touring ascents on firm snow. Their side teeth supplement the grip of climbing skins when the snow surface hardens or a traverse calls for more lateral support. The Titanal and aluminium construction combines low weight with the stability needed for this task.

Choose the appropriate width

• Shop options: 70, 75, 86, 91, 97, 102, 108, 120 and 135 mm.
• Supplied as one pair of ski crampons.
• Require a compatible crampon attachment on the binding.

Match the width to your skis and the attachment on your bindings. The crampon must clear both sides of the ski and move freely. Check the complete combination before your first tour. ATK Trofeo bindings require the appropriate SRA attachment.

Preparation and care

Practise fitting the crampons at home following your binding instructions. Fit them early, before a steep or exposed section makes handling more difficult. After touring, remove snow and moisture, inspect the teeth and attachment, and store the pair dry. This keeps them ready for your next touring day.
