Description
The BASE consisting of back element and airbag system of the AVABAG LiTRIC FREERIDE 26 S has a shortened back system and is specifically designed for smaller people. Plus, the versatile, lightweight FREERIDE BASE sits compactly on your back thanks to the CLASP BACK SYSTEM – with soft back pads, wide, flexible hip belt, and soft shoulder straps – while allowing complete freedom of movement. It is compatible with the separately available CLASP SPINE PROTECTOR.
Moreover, all pack sack features are perfectly tailored to freeriding: features such as ski, snowboard and ice axe attachment are just as essential as a helmet holder and quick main compartment access. Emergency equipment can be stored in a separate safety compartment.
LiTRIC, the electronic airbag system, combines lightness with ease of use and reliability. The electric system charges via USB-C in about 25 minutes and allows numerous test deployments at no extra cost. No cartridges means: more space, no weighing, no cartridge disposal, no travel restrictions. The design is thought through to the last detail – supercapacitors are used instead of cartridges and the airbag is super light – making it one of the lightest systems on the market. Plus, the system is particularly easy to use. From charging and LED charge indicator through trigger handle to leg loop and packing the airbag: LiTRIC AVABAGs are absolutely intuitive to operate. One full charge allows at least two deployments. Operating time in ON mode is approximately 60 hours and enables multi-day tours without recharging. Operating temperature ranges from -30° to +45° C.
All products in the AVABAG LiTRIC FREERIDE line are climate-neutral and PFC-free.

Shipping & advice
In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days. The pickup note above and the checkout show where and when you can pick up. Skis with binding mounting take a little longer: we mount them carefully and let you know as soon as your set is on its way. Personal advice is available by appointment in our store in Ronsberg. Warranty & returns
Statutory warranty rights apply, plus the manufacturer's guarantee where one is granted. You can return unused items within 14 days of receipt; register the return in your customer account. We refund the purchase price of the items minus a 5 € return fee (6.90 € from abroad); you receive the return label from us. Skis mounted according to your details are excluded from exchange.
