Safety
EPS4D: Salomon's patented EPS4D technology provides maximum energy absorption and protects against oblique and vertical impact forces.
MIPS®: The MIPS® head protection system reduces the forces acting on the brain in an oblique impact to the head, while the EPS4D system provides high shock absorption. This gives you the best all-round protection for your head.
Smart Safety 360: Salomon's Smart Safety 360 protection technology now combines EPS4D with EPP to absorb impacts efficiently and protect your head all round.
FIDLOCK®: FIDLOCK® is a fast, secure closure system that combines the safety of mechanical fasteners with the benefits of magnetic closures.
Shell
Hybrid construction: This hybrid helmet construction combines an injected ABS outer shell with a lightweight in-mould lower shell to allow additional ventilation and the integration of an airflow system.
Ventilation technology
Active ventilation: Allows the vents to be opened or closed to regulate airflow and heat dissipation.
Airflow concept: The built-in channels ensure an even temperature and constant airflow between head, helmet and ski goggles (on certain models, air circulation can be regulated).
Washability
Removable/washable: For better hygiene: an easily removable, 100% washable inner lining.
