Technology:
- the heart of LANGE's brand new XT3, ACTIVE POWER V-LOCK, is LANGE's patented new multi-performance freetouring technology. ACTIVE POWER V-LOCK was developed for effortless climbing and powerful descent. in HIKE mode, forward ROM increases by 11°, making long climbs more efficient and less tiring. for the descent, switch to SKI mode and immediately the boot offers the familiar LANGE DNA: power, precision and control. exactly what you've been looking for on the climb.
- LANGE's PRECISION FIT is ideal with a snug, race-sport-inspired last width of 97mm for skiers with smaller feet or anyone who wants more foot compression and control without sacrificing comfort.
- the pre-shaped DUAL 3D LINER inner boots fit perfectly into the shell and wrap around your foot for maximum precision and exact power transfer for our most comfortable anatomical fit. the DUAL 3D FULL model provides maximum comfort and support thanks to three particularly dense foam sections at key areas.
- a lighter version of our innovative dual core technology. when you ski and move in your boots, DUAL CORE LIGHT actively contracts and expands – by harnessing potential energy to deliver explosive power, pressure and rebound. imagine lightweight precision and responsiveness, an uncomplicated entry and exit system, and a new level of ski boot performance as responsive and dynamic as your own body.
- Dynafit® certified low-tech inserts ensure reliable free-touring performance. the stable molded sole construction provides excellent power transfer and enables safe, controlled steering.
- a more efficient range of motion (ROM) provides freedom for smooth, natural movement on the ascent and offers more flow for an effortless, less tiring tour and descent.
- the mounted GRIPWALK® soles feature a thick rubber tread and convex toe profile that provide enhanced traction and more natural roll-off for improved hiking and walking comfort. integrated rigid pads ensure optimized power transfer and full alpine release function. alpine DIN soles are also available and sold separately.
- the new extremely lightweight PERFORMANCE BOOT BOARD uses pressed polypropylene for an unprecedented level of performance and warmth. a special insulator with ideal shock absorption strengthens the new freeride range and gives you better feel and keeps your toes warm so you can perform at your best all day.
