K2 Recon 130 BOA 2024
Goes with it
Description
It is now 2023.
The west was buried in snow. People in the east dust off their mountain bikes.
And most importantly:
BOA is here and conquers the ski boot world by offering the long-awaited performance and fit advantages in key ski boot models from multiple brands.
Leading the high-performance ski boots now equipped with the BOA® Fit System is the brand new K2 Recon 130 BOA ski boot.
The Recon 130 was developed based on power, response, durability and excellent fit.
If you're looking for a responsive performance boot that delivers incomparable fit and feel, you've found it.
This is the stuff dreams are made of!
There is no doubt that new, industry-changing technologies that come to market can be fraught with uncertainty, but we firmly believe BOA is here to stay.
And for the naysayers:
You'll be pleased to hear that K2 continues to offer the entire Recon line with traditional buckles.
The BOA® Fit System provides a tighter fit by wrapping the lower part of the boot around your foot, reducing pressure downward and enclosing the heel.
When you put on the BOA, you'll immediately feel a vacuum-like fit, unlike the traditional feeling of the shell being tight. Try it on and you'll immediately feel the difference in the lower half of the boot.
Combine this outstanding fit with a very responsive performance boot and you'll see why the Recon 130 should be the boot of choice for alpine enthusiasts who expect more from their skis.
