TECHNOLOGIES

 

• Powerfit Pro Tour liner: Pre-formed and padded with thermomoldable Ultralon foam. With stiffer foam and a stiff,
• asymmetrical tongue for more power and energy transfer, pre-formed ankle pockets and a high-density power collar. A tour notch in the rear ankle area provides more comfort and freedom of movement when touring and on the skin track.
   
• 45mm elastic cam buckle strap: This wide, elastic cam buckle strap provides dynamic power transfer with slight give for comfort during flexing. It locks the cuff securely for aggressive skiing while allowing natural ankle movement.
   
• GripWalk running soles: The removable and replaceable ISO 23223 alpine rocker sole was co-developed to work with Marker's Grip Walk binding system for better grip and more comfort when walking and standing in these boots without compromising power transmission and release function between ski boot and binding. Pre-installed.
   
• Fastfit instep: Softer TPU material on the instep of selected models provides quick and easy entry and exit.
   
• BOA® Fit System: The BOA® Fit System guarantees optimal performance with an extremely precisely adjustable fit. It consists of three components: a fine-tuned adjustment dial, lightweight yet extremely stable lacing cables and low-friction guide passages for the lacing cables, which are used in a unique configuration to improve the boot's fit and performance.
   
• Integrated Tech Fittings: The tech fittings at the toe and heel are fully integrated into the injected shell, making them compatible with both tech bindings and alpine DIN bindings.
   
• MultiFit™ Last: BOA® boots with multi-fit last allow a greater range of foot shapes to fit within the same shell family. Multi-last boots are offered in three different volumes: low volume (Cortex), medium (Recon, Anthem and Mindbender) and high (BFC).
   
• Powerlite shell: K2's most powerful shell design with variable shell wall thickness and four different TPU types offers the ultimate combination of low weight and responsiveness.
   
• Powerlock Spyne: The performance-oriented walk mode for ski touring allows a range of motion of 50 degrees. In ski mode, Powerlock Spyne provides powerful and secure connection for uncompromising descent performance.
