Merrell Speedarc Matis Women verbena

The women's Merrell SpeedArc Matis in Verbena is a low-cut hiking shoe for active days that combine trails and everyday walking. Its light colourway sits above a distinctive two-part midsole. The model is intended for moderate terrain and brisk walking, whether on a day hike, a local walk or a trip away.

Breathable mesh and TPU form the upper. A padded collar and moulded TPU heel counter complement the laces, allowing the fit to be adjusted around the foot. Inside are a mesh lining and mesh cover over a removable EVA foam footbed. Cleansport NXT is used as an odour-control treatment.

Two-part FloatPro foam cushioning supports the foot under load. FlexPlate adds torsional rigidity and lateral stability while allowing the forefoot to flex. A Vibram MegaGrip rubber outsole is designed for both wet and dry surfaces. Match your route and pace to the ground conditions, weather and your own experience.

Wear your intended walking socks when trying the shoes on. Check that the heel stays secure and that your toes have space when walking downhill. Remove surface dirt after use and follow Merrell's instructions for further care. Let the shoes dry completely before the next outing and inspect the tread regularly for wear.
