Meindl Mondello Lady GTX

The Meindl Mondello Lady GTX is a low-cut women's multifunction shoe for walks, leisure and easy hikes. The anthracite and blackberry colourway combines grey suede with contrasting accents. Part of the Comfort fit Wellness Sport range, it has a broader shape aimed at feet that need more room, particularly around the forefoot.

Suede leather and mesh form the upper. A waterproof GORE-TEX lining supports use in changeable weather. An AIR-ACTIVE Wellness Sport footbed and Meindl Multi Trail Comfort sole complete the construction. The low collar allows ankle movement and suits a variety of recreational routes, from a walk through the park to an outing or an easy hike.

Try the shoes with the socks you plan to wear. Check heel hold, space around the toes and the fit across the instep. A short test on an incline helps you judge the room available when walking downhill. The right size should hold your foot without needing excessively tight lacing that creates pressure points. After use, remove loose dirt with a soft brush and allow the pair to dry at room temperature. Use care products suitable for suede and GORE-TEX footwear, following the manufacturer's guidance. Check the sole tread regularly before planning longer walks.
