Van Deer SPX12 Rockerace GW grey 2023 2024

The LOOK SPX 12 GW is a race-level ski binding for committed alpine racers who need a lower DIN range. The strongest retention and longest elastic travel on the market ensure immediate power transfer and precise control with superior shock absorption for reduced pre-release. Thanks to a smaller binding range and a half-sprung heel piece, it offers better control over ski flex during turns while maintaining maximum precision.

Size help

Does this binding fit my equipment?

We check the ski interface, brake width and boot compatibility separately. A suitable brake width alone does not confirm the complete combination.

A reviewed size recommendation is not yet available for this model. Use the measuring guide to prepare, then ask our team for help choosing.

Have these checked before use

  • Resolve all three checks: ski interface, brake width and boot compatibility.
  • Have a qualified workshop mount the binding, adjust it to the actual boot and test its release.
  • This guide does not calculate a personal DIN/release setting or replace binding adjustment.

Identify your ski and boot

Read the external sole length from the boot. The appropriate brake width depends on the ski width under the binding.
  1. Note your ski model and length. Find the waist width in millimetres and the interface or plate in the manufacturer’s specifications.
  2. Note your boot model and sole standard. Read the external sole length in millimetres directly from the shell.
  3. If a detail is missing, select “I don’t know”. Our team can check the combination using model information or photos.

Three different measurements

Foot length · mm
The measured distance from your heel to your longest toe. Your two feet may have different lengths.
Mondopoint · MP
A sizing system based on foot length, usually shown in centimetres for ski boots. Use the chart for the exact model.
External sole length · mm
The outside length of the shell used for binding adjustment. Read it from the boot. It is neither foot length nor Mondopoint size.
