With the BRENTA sportivo bike, you're on the right track if you're looking for a sporty pedelec all-rounder with a powerful motor. The two pedelec variants score with their advantages - whether in the city, on tours or trekking. This is also confirmed by the "Velo TOTAL" magazine regarding its 2020 e-bike test. The latest motor and battery technologies enable long ranges with plenty of comfort and unique riding feel. The lithium-ion battery was deliberately placed on the downtube to provide more riding and track stability. Yet the trekking e-bike remains very easy to maneuver and offers the best conditions for a city tour. The sporty design of the bikes with the attractive paint finish rounds out the overall package of the pedelec and makes the electric bike appear in elegant color brilliance. The BRENTA sportivo models are available in two frame designs.

The pedelec BRENTA sportivo T convinces with its sporty frame geometry. With a modern sloping top tube toward the saddle, creating the trapezoid, which allows an active riding position and easy mounting and dismounting from the bike. Additionally, this frame type gives the e-bike a dynamic-sporty appearance, which is underscored by the color-coordinated components in matte and glossy colors with attractive graphics.

The electric bike features a high-quality and robust Shimano Deore 10-speed derailleur, which provides perfect and maximum power transfer. Especially when changing ground conditions, the drivetrain proves what it's made of. With smooth and quick gear changes, the e-bike is well equipped for any terrain.

The powerful hydraulic Shimano disc brakes with 180 millimeters front and rear provide maximum control of the pedelec on any tour, whether in the city or surrounding areas. On regional tours, the Suntour NEX E25 suspension fork, which was specially developed for e-bikes, proves its worth. It skillfully dampens unevenness and impacts.

Ergonomic comfort grips and the comfortable "Essenza" saddle from Selle Royal make long bike rides a pleasant experience at all times. And if it should surprisingly get dark: the bright AXA Blue-Line 30 Lux LED headlights won't leave you in the dark.

The trekking e-bike is completed by the puncture-resistant "Energizer Active Plus" tires from Schwalbe with robust SKS fenders.

"Bosch GEN3 Performance Line Mid-Drive Motor"

The GEN3 Performance Line mid-drive motor from Bosch, which sits directly at the crankset, ensures optimal power transfer for the trekking e-bike. Longer distances, regardless of terrain, can be easily handled with the BRENTA sportivo T e-bike and a relaxed riding feel, as the bike is powerfully pushed forward by the strong motor with 65 Nm. The innovative e-bike motor is one of the quietest of its kind and also impresses with its weight: the drive unit weighs just 2.9 kg.

The necessary energy is provided by the integrated Powerpack 500 e-bike battery, the largest lithium-ion battery in its class. With it, up to 90 km can be achieved under certain conditions. An advantage is the short charging times: after about two hours, the Powerpack reaches about 50% charge, and it's fully charged in about 4.5 hours. Even after prolonged storage, such as winterization, it's possible to get on and ride without recharging.

Intuvia - the smart display
Quick and easy operation of the Bosch motor is made possible by the informative Intuvia on-board computer: it displays information about distance, speed, range and charge level. The additional control unit directly on the handlebar of the trekking pedelec is controllable with the thumb only, which provides extra safety and makes handling very simple. Both hands can thus remain on the handlebars without interruption.

Five riding modes offer the right setting for every route. And even when pushing the bike, your comfort was considered: the push-assist function supports you at speeds up to 6 km/h. For your safety, this is only activated after two steps. Another highlight of the on-board computer is the USB connection. With it, your phone or navigation device can be easily and quickly charged while riding.
