Toko EdgeTuner Pro

TOKO EdgeTuner Pro is a tool for preparing ski and snowboard edges. The Pro version guides a file along the side edge using ball bearings. Its adjustable angle supports controlled work on the steel edge. Its particular role in edge maintenance determines how it is used and which additional tools are needed.

Work in a controlled way

Choose the required setting and secure a suitable file insert according to the instructions. Keep the rollers clean during use. Secure the ski or snowboard in a suitable vise before starting. Clean the contact surfaces so that dirt and metal residue do not interfere with guidance. Inspect the edge during the work and use controlled pressure.

Match the angle and amount of material removed to the existing preparation and the ski manufacturer's guidance. A suitable setting does not replace correct handling of the tool. If you are unsure about the appropriate angle or the condition of the edge, seek an informed assessment before carrying out heavier work.

Care after use

Remove filing dust and residue from the tool and working area. Keep the working surfaces clean and dry and protect them from knocks during storage. Check fastenings and inserts before the next use so that the intended tool guidance is maintained. Choose the sequence of preparation steps for the condition of the particular edge.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days.
