Toko Base Brush Copper

The TOKO Base Brush Copper is a base brush with copper bristles for your waxing routine. It is used for cleaning and brushing out the gliding surface. TOKO assigns this brush type to working with hot waxes and powders. The manufacturer lists this version with a 15 mm specification. It complements the other tools used for preparing ski and snowboard bases.

Coordinate cleaning and wax preparation

Choose the brush sequence to suit the condition of the base and the wax you are using. TOKO's brush overview assigns the Base Brush Copper to cleaning and brushing out hot waxes and powders. When using hot wax, first follow the processing instructions for application, cooling and scraping. Then work on the gliding surface with the appropriate brushes. Each brush has its own place in the maintenance sequence.

Inspect before use

Check the bristles and keep the brush free of attached dirt and wax residue. Follow the care instructions for your skis or snowboard and the instructions for the chosen wax. If you use several brushes, work in the recommended order and use the copper brush for the stages assigned to it.
