The Sulfur S GTX is a fast approach shoe that combines professional climbing precision with all-day hiking comfort.
It was developed with mountain guides to raise the bar for the approach shoe category, and features Tecnica's exclusive AST technology, which ensures a precise fit.
Equipped with premium technologies from Ortholite®, Gore-Tex® and Vibram®.
These shoes can be resoled in collaboration with Vibram's Repair If You Care project.

ARCH GRIP
The rubber Arch Grip is located in the middle of the outsole, under the arch of the foot.
It gives the shoe additional technical performance.
The special shape of its "teeth" provides better hold on slippery edges and raised edges as well as on via ferrata rungs and ladders.

CLIMBING ZONE
At the toe, the outsole has a flat climbing zone.
This special climbing feature provides increased precision as well as toe and edge power on slabs, rock ledges and edges, making it the perfect choice for steeper rock faces.

BACKLOOP
The small loop makes it easier to put the shoes on and take them off, and also allows them to be attached to a rucksack or climbing harness.

ORTHOLITE® FOOTBED
The anatomically shaped Ortholite® footbed is highly breathable and offers outstanding comfort and long-lasting performance.

GORE-TEX® EXTENDED COMFORT
The Gore-Tex® Extended Comfort membrane offers permanently waterproof and breathable weather protection and ensures that your feet stay dry and comfortable all day and all year round.

VIBRAM® MEGAGRIP™ OUTSOLE
The Vibram® Megagrip sole is made of a compound that offers incomparable grip on dry and wet surfaces.
This compound is also the best in its class in terms of durability and ground adaptation.
