Swix T190B Brush rect fine red nylon

The Swix T0190B is a rectangular hand brush with fine red nylon bristles for the final polishing stage of ski waxing. It is particularly intended for use with liquid waxes. The fine bristles reach into the base structure and help brush out remaining wax in the finishing step. Its rectangular body is held in the hand for straight working strokes. Used alongside suitable wax and the other required tools, it supports an orderly maintenance routine for your skis.

Version and details

• Rectangular nylon brush T0190B, also called T190B.
• Fine red bristles with a diameter of 0.12 mm.
• For the finishing polish of liquid waxes.
• Also intended as a final polishing step for other waxes.

Selection and use

First follow the instructions for your wax, including drying time and any required scraping. Then brush the base in controlled strokes from tip to tail. Support the ski securely and keep the brush straight. Adapt the pressure and number of strokes to the base and the instructions for the wax being used.

Care and inspection

Regularly remove wax dust and keep the bristles free from coarse dirt. Use separate tools when your waxes require this, to avoid transferring unwanted residues. Store the brush dry without pressure on its bristles. Before working, check that the body is undamaged and the bristles are clean and correctly aligned.
