Start FHF60, -1°C/-5°C, 45g

Start FHF60 is a kick wax for classic cross-country skis with a stated snow-temperature range of −1 to −5°C. The older version shown here is labelled “Functional High Fluor” and belongs to the fluorinated FHF range. It is therefore not a fluor-free wax. This fluorinated version is not permitted in FIS competition. The 45 g pack is intended for the grip zone and is distinct from glide wax for the other areas of the base.

Selection and use

Before use, check the product markings and the requirements applicable to your activity. Do not use this version in events with a fluor ban. Keep tools for fluor-free preparation separate to avoid transferring residue. Follow the manufacturer’s grip-zone preparation and layering instructions. If the labelling is unclear, clarify the exact version before use.

Care and inspection

Follow the label and the safety and disposal instructions applicable to the product. Avoid spreading wax residue unnecessarily and collect residue during cleaning. Close the pack after use and store it out of children’s reach. This description does not replace checking the markings on the actual pack.

In-stock items usually ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If the item is in stock in one of our stores, you can also pick it up there free of charge. In Pfronten this also works for items that are only in stock in Ronsberg: we bring them over, which usually takes 2 to 4 days. The pickup note above and the checkout show where and when you can pick up. Statutory warranty rights apply, plus the manufacturer's guarantee where one is granted. You can return unused items within 14 days of receipt; register the return in your customer account.
