Atomic Revent Lite Ocean are fixed-length alpine ski poles with a blue shaft. The version is identified by manufacturer reference AJ5005986. They suit skiers looking for a straightforward aluminium pole for days on groomed pistes. Offered lengths run from 110 to 135 cm in 5 cm steps. Choose length to suit your proportions, stance and skiing style rather than selecting solely by colour.
The Revent Lite family uses 6000-series aluminium and an ergonomic two-component grip. An adjustable wrist strap complements the grip. A 60 mm piste basket is intended for firmer snow, while a steel tip provides the contact point with the surface. The shaft has neither a folding mechanism nor telescopic length adjustment. A piste basket should not be taken as evidence of equal performance in every type of snow.
Try the grip with your ski gloves and adjust the strap before your first run. Inspect shafts, baskets, grips and tips before each day on snow, checking attachment and visible condition. After a significant impact, check that the pole remains straight and undamaged. Remove snow and dirt gently and allow wet straps to dry before storage. Follow the manufacturer's guidance for maintenance and any replacement of components.

Alpine, touring, classic and skating need different pole lengths. For adjustable poles, check the usable length range.

- For adjustable poles, your working length must stay within the approved range. Follow the manufacturer’s markings and locking instructions.
- Use the separate guidance for classic and skating. Do not apply the alpine elbow check to Nordic poles.
Measure your height and check pole length
- Measure your height without shoes from the floor to the top of your head.
- Compare it with the manufacturer’s guidance for your sport. Packed length is the collapsed length for transport.
- For alpine poles: place the pole vertically and check that your upper and lower arm form roughly a right angle. Use separate sport-specific guidance for Nordic poles.
