The LEKI Giulia TR in white/dark anthracite is a fixed-length alpine ski pole for adult women skiing on the piste. It combines an aluminium shaft with a slim Trigger grip for a controlled pole plant and straightforward handling.

The Trigger system connects the glove or strap to the pole. The strap can be clicked in and out, making it convenient to release the connection when needed during your ski day. The ergonomically shaped grip supports controlled pole handling, while the aluminium shaft combines low weight with a robust construction.

Choosing and caring for your poles

Choose the length to suit your height and skiing stance. Try the grip and strap with your ski gloves, and ask a specialist retailer to check the adjustment if needed. Before each ski day, check the grip, strap, basket and tip for secure attachment and visible damage. Remove snow and moisture after skiing, then allow the poles to dry before storing them.

Alpine, touring, classic and skating need different pole lengths. For adjustable poles, check the usable length range.

Check when trying out

  • The grip should feel secure in your hand while wearing your gloves.
  • For adjustable poles, your working length must stay within the approved range. Follow the manufacturer’s markings and locking instructions.
  • Use the separate guidance for classic and skating. Do not apply the alpine elbow check to Nordic poles.

Measure your height and check pole length

Alpine fit check: stand upright, hold the pole vertically and check your relaxed elbow angle.
  1. Measure your height without shoes from the floor to the top of your head.
  2. Compare it with the manufacturer’s guidance for your sport. Packed length is the collapsed length for transport.
  3. For alpine poles: place the pole vertically and check that your upper and lower arm form roughly a right angle. Use separate sport-specific guidance for Nordic poles.
