Kästle TX 88 2025 2026

Kästle TX 88 2025 2026

Versatile performance at minimal weight: the TX88 is the further development of the previous touring model and offers the right balance of climbing and downhill performance. This is thanks to the carbon-fibreglass wrapped core with light paulownia wood. HOLLOWTECH EVO LUMINOUS also gives the ski the tip flex needed off-piste and in deep snow, without sacrificing stability. As the narrowest model in the new TX range, it is ideal for anyone who above all values an energy-saving ascent.

Description

Versatile performance at minimal weight: the TX88 is the evolution of the previous touring model and offers the right balance of climbing and descending performance.
The reason for this is the carbon-fibreglass wrapped core with lightweight Paulownia wood.
In addition, the HOLLOWTECH EVO LUMINOUS gives the ski the flex in the tip that is needed in the backcountry and deep snow, without sacrificing stability.
As the narrowest model of the new TX series, it is ideal for anyone who values an energy-saving ascent above all.
At night, too, the TX88 sets a very special accent, thanks to its fluorescent Hollowtech.

Frequently asked questions

Advice on choosing touring skis, bindings and climbing skins.

  • How do I check what is included and choose bindings?

Check the product description to find out whether bindings are included and which model comes with the offer. Clarify any uncertainties with us before choosing additional bindings.

  • How do I choose touring ski length?

Alongside your height and skiing ability, consider the balance between climbing and descending. Weight, waist width and construction affect how the ski performs. A personal recommendation takes your terrain and touring style into account.

  • What needs to match for bindings and skins?

Check the ski, binding and boot specifications for the exact combination. Pin bindings require suitable boot inserts. Skins must match the ski in length, width and attachment; ski crampons must suit the binding system and ski width. Check the product details and clarify any uncertainties before buying.
