The most versatile model in the Rise line is light enough for a quick climb but stable enough for all descent conditions – whether icy, windblown or powdery.
The hybrid Tourlite wood core enables an impressive synthesis of low weight (1,190 g at 170 cm) and ride stability.
The 3D radius construction is particularly advantageous in variable high alpine conditions, for example in tight passages or at higher speeds.
At the same time, the narrower waist width and the moderately shaped ends allow for extremely energy-efficient skiing.

Of course, the Rise Above 88 Women also features the new Smart Skinclip System, which allows the use of Fibre-Tech or Smart-Glue skins.

Tourlite Woodcore
Particularly lightweight, complex laminated wood core specifically developed for touring skis.
In the area around the steel edges, carefully hand-selected poplar wood by weight provides necessary stability, while in the ski's center, soft and lightweight paulownia wood ensures the ski's flexibility.
Beech wood in the binding area provides necessary reinforcement to hold the binding screws.
In the core's center, a CNC-milled Isocore section contributes to optimal liveliness and dynamic performance.
Only the lightest batch of each wood shipment makes it into these cores.

Smart Skinclip
The newly developed Smart Skinclip system allows ski tourers themselves to decide, depending on the situation, in which direction they want to attach and remove the skins.
At the ski end, a standard snap hook allows attaching and removing skins from the back.
In addition, the skins can be quickly and easily attached and removed from the front.
This flexibility is enabled by an elastic snap hook that is easy to grip even with gloves.
A subtle depression in the shovel provides the hook with lateral guidance and security against unintended skin release while walking.
