Hanwag Grünten Lady marone

The Hanwag Grünten Lady in Marone is a traditional women’s leather boot with double-stitched construction. Full-grain leather on the outside, a leather lining and the Vibram Guffert outsole define its build. The mid-height shaft has a soft collar and sits higher than a low shoe while allowing ankle movement. Manufacturer reference 3104 with colour code 32 identifies this earlier Grünten Lady version when comparing Hanwag models.

Selection and use

Try the boots with the socks you intend to wear on your walks. Check for a secure heel and sufficient room in front of the toes, including when walking downhill. Adjust the lacing around the instep and shaft. Break new leather boots in on shorter walks and choose terrain and distance according to your experience and the actual fit.

Care and inspection

Brush off dirt after use and allow the leather to dry slowly at room temperature. Use suitable leather care as directed by Hanwag and avoid direct radiator heat. Inspect stitching and soles regularly. When the tread is heavily worn, ask a qualified repair service whether resoling is possible.
