Vauhti Wax Iron 1000 W

VAUHTI Wax Iron 1000W Prof Europe is a waxing iron for hot-wax preparation of ski and snowboard bases. The Professional V1000 version has a power rating of 1000 W. Its thick, double base plate supports even heat distribution when applying suitable hot waxes.

Equipment and temperature selection

The iron has an adjustable temperature setting. Choose the setting according to the wax instructions and the requirements of the base. The 1000 W power rating is not a temperature specification. A suitable waxing bench and stable ski fixture help with controlled movement along the glide surface.

This version carries manufacturer reference EV119-V1000 and has manual temperature adjustment on the device. Before connecting it, check the electrical specifications on its rating plate and use the iron as directed by its operating instructions.

Hot waxing and care

Start with a clean, dry base. Distribute the wax evenly and keep the iron moving during application. Avoid leaving it on one spot or applying excessive heat. Follow the wax's instructions for cooling, scraping and brushing afterwards.

Place the hot iron only on a suitable surface. Allow it to cool completely before cleaning and storage. Keep the base plate clean as directed and inspect the cable and device before the next use.
